Access Data - Client Welcome Letters
 
The eBank-IT! Online Banking Software offers several options to submit online banking access data (such as login URLs, login names, passwords, etc) to your clients directly by eMail. Though providing this option from a purely technical point of view, at this point we should like to point out that we strongly advise against sending ANY such sensitive login data through eMail. Instead we strongly suggest that you send any kind of sensitive login data through written post only, for obvious security reasons.

To facilitate our recommendation of sending sensitive data through paper post only, the eBank-IT! Online Banking Software contains an option to generate customized client letters, for login data by submission by post. Said client letters are created as easily printable PDF files, containing your individual company logo, your finance institution address data, an individual welcome text and your banking software login URL, as well as all login data for the client selected.

In case you wish to modify the letter’s content, where for example you may wish to replace the individual welcome text, you can make easy use of the build-in Language Editor.

Should your finance product/s include the use of TAN lists,  we advise that for security reasons, you send said TAN lists to your clients in a separate letter.
