eBank-IT! Online Pooled Funds Managing Software minimizes the possibility of password thefts and fraudulent action by offering the Password Expiry Manager, a standard security feature that requires bank customers, or users, to change their passwords on specific occasions. 

A newly registered user into the eBank-IT! system is provided with an auto-generated password. When he logs into the system for the very first time, he is asked to change to a new password of his own creation-one that is a combination of alphanumeric characters and fits the specified character length. The customer is also required to change his password when he has accessed the system using this password for an x number of times. Bank administrators can customize the value of password validity to suit their security needs.
