Automated Bank Fee and Interest Manager
Whenever an account holder who's registered under his bank's eBank-IT! Online Pooled Funds Managing Software, conducts incoming or outgoing wire transfers, corresponding bank fees are charged to his account. Such fees are known as Maintenance Transactions and these are made by bank administrators to charge the customer for the latter's use of the system and the administrator's management of the user's accounts.
The system has a sophisticated Real-Time Bank Fee and Interest Manager that automatically scans an account, counts on a real-time basis all transactions that have been made, and computes for the corresponding maintenance transaction and interest charges right then and there. In the administrator's module, the results of the computation are then displayed in a page called Bank Fee and Interest Calculator Transaction Details-an up-to-date breakdown of the bank fees and interests charged to the user's account for the period covered.
Of course, it goes without saying that every transaction and processing made by user and bank administrator alike generates an automatic message sent to both parties to inform that a banking action has just taken place.
