NEWS Individual
Extensions on your Registration
Screen |
|
Depending on the services and products of your finance institution, it may be highly interesting and important for your business to request extended criteria and information from your new customers. Examples for such extended information could be: number of persons within household, net income, investment intentions, consumer behaviour, etc.
Previously it required individual, costly programming to have such additional questions implemented on your registration screen; but now the EBIT Online Banking Software provides an option to add any kind and an unlimited number of additional information requests to your registration screen, with only a few clicks. In doing so, you do not only determine, if such additional questions are required to be answered or whether they are just optional; you also define for each additional question individually, in which way the customer may reply, i.e. (a) with a 1-line statement, (b) with a multi-line statement, (c) with yes or no, (d) by choice from a list of possible answers, which have also been pre-set from your administration end.

NEWS User Documents |
|
Your Banking Software now provides an option to publish important company documents centrally within the EBIT banking software user area, for direct downloads by your customers, such as for example: Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Online Use Policy, Service Fees, etc. This new option also helps to propagate important forms, such as service application forms, wire transfer forms, etc. Your customers will find the documents published under "Help -> Documents".

Individual/Cyclic Account Statements |
|
Already since the last software update you have been provided with an option to let the system automatically generate all bank account statements for all customers, every 1st of a month for the full previous month, to be sent as PDF files through internal messages to your customers.
In addition to said above, your customers now have an option to define additional "personal system rules", to determine for which account they wish to receive further bank account statements for individual periods (daily, or weekly on specific weekdays, or monthly on specific days of month). The delivery still takes place through internal messages as PDF files for these additional account statement requests.
This new feature is located in the user area, under "Reports -> Account Statements". |

New
Admin-Report |
|
Within "Admin -> Reports -> ATS Report" you will find a new report labelled as "Remaining Expiry Counter Summary". In case you make use of the EBIT's ATS features (Automatic Transfer System, e.g. for real-time interest crediting), this new report will provide detailed information about how many and which accounts are still subject to an ATS computation. This report also helps to determine, if an ATS has potentially expired for specific accounts (Expiry Counter = 0). |
