Statements |

Your clients now have the option to create PDF account statements on their own. Using the PDF file format, previous problems like printer formatting, font problems etc, are now a thing of the past. In the near future we will also publish a new feature which will send the monthly account statements to all of your clients automatically, every first of a month, for the full previous month, also in the convenient PDF format. |

NEWS ATS Credit Target
Account |

The real-time ATS Feature (ATS = Automatic Transfer System, used for example for interest calculation, investment yields and blanket credits etc), has been extended with an "ATS Credit Target Account" option. This option allows you to credit any finance earnings resulting from an ATS to a DIFFERENT account than the actual base account for the ATS calculation. E.G. you can set "account 1" as the base account for interest calculation, but credit the actual interest results to "account 2" automatically. This way you can for example, block a full investment amount on account 1, while the
client may have full availability of the interest credits in account 2. |

Commission Credits |

Should you make use of the Reseller/MLM module; your eBank-IT! software now provides an option to automatically calculate and credit commissions for a
client's referrer downline, whenever a payment is made by the associated referred client. E.G. "client 1" has been referred by "client 2", at a commission percentage of 0.5%. Now, whenever "client 1" is making payments into his associated bank account, "client 2" - as the registered referrer - will automatically receive 0.5% of the payment made into his commission account. This calculation follows every individual money transfer and may be individually accepted or not accepted, or be activated or deactivated in general by the responsible admin. |

Automatic
Clearing of SMS Cost |

Previously, your administrator was required to clear/debit SMS costs from your client's accounts manually, though following an auxiliary statistic to see which SMS costs per client had been generated. This has now come to an end: All SMS cost are now debited automatically from the client's standard account (see below for new "standard accounts"), in real-time, at the same moment the costs actually occur (e.g. newsletter by SMS, mobile phone banking, etc). |

There are 2 new types of "standard accounts" setable per client, located in the administration interface in section "Accounts". These are
(a) the "standard commission account", i.e. the account for receiving reseller commissions and (b) SMS standard account, i.e. the account to be raised for charging SMS costs. |

Simplified
Fund Blocking |
|
The option for blocking certain funds on a client's bank account has been simplified. While previously you were required to change the administration screen for adjusting the blocked amount after an incoming/outgoing transfer on an account, you may now make said adjustment in one go when approving the transfer. |

Limitation of "Outgoing Wire
Transfers" |

Depending on your specific business model, you may be required to limit the client-option to make outgoing wire transfers to specific days in a month. This is now easily carried out in your administration interface, in section "Settings -> Admin -> Transactions". |

Transaction
Lists - Extension by Transaction

The
transaction lists for your
client's bank accounts have been
extended by a "transaction ID",
which allows the client to view
all associated transaction details, such as sender
data, recipient data, time stamps, account balances
before/after the transactions, etc.
This also applies to all
associated transaction lists
available in the administratin
interface. |

History |
|
When reading a client's message within your admin messages reader, you now have the option to recall the entire previous mail history associated with this client. This new feature will help you to make fast decisions and send appropriate replies, with no time-consuming crawling through old message archives. |

Consolidation" |

The
statistic "Account Type
Consolidation" has been
extended by 2 further filters, i.e.
"Country" and "Currency".
This way you now have an even more
informative distinct management
overview over your entire finance

For your internal use or for further processing in your other IT systems, we have added an option to export your profile lists - i.e. client profile data - as PDF files. |

Money
Transfer - Notification Options |
|
After a money transfer has been processed through your administration interface for a specific client bank account, your administrator now has the option to send extensive transfer notifications to the sender and/or recipient of said transaction, either by SMS or internal message. |

Pagination
of long lists |
|
For more efficient browsing through long lists, such as profile lists and account lists, all appropriate screens have been extended by auxiliary paginations. Said paginations will assist you to rapidly turn the pages through long lists, rather than waiting for the display of long and slow loading lists. Within the admin settings you will also find corresponding new options to determine how many entries per page you would like to have listed on paginated screens. |

Client Messages - Quick Access |

Where as previosly you were required to change the admistration screen to send a message to a specific client, you now have the option to send a client message from ANY client-related screen, such as profile data, account lists, etc. |

Profile Data Changes |

Depending on your individual needs you may now determine, if a client's login data will automatically be blocked until administrative data review, if said client has made any change to his personal profile data, or whethe you wish your banking software to accept such data changes automatically, with no further reviews through your administrators. |
