NEWS Correspondence
Bank - Integration by eMail, Fax
Gateway and Data Upload |
|
For
the transmission of wire transfer
data to your correspondence bank
your banking software now offers 4
great new options:
-
Generating
an instruction eMail
Your banking software summarizes all transfer data into a pre-formatted eMail and sends it directly to your correspondence bank. Additionally, for archiving reasons you will receive an internal eMail copy to your admin eMail address.
-
Generating
an Offline-Fax (PDF)
Your banking software
summarizes all transfer data
into one PDF file, completely
pre-formatted, including your
company logo and your personal
signature. This PDF file can
then simply be printed and
sent to your correspondence
bank by manual fax.
-
Generating
an Online-Fax
Exactly the same meaning and functionality as described above for "Offline-Fax", but providing an option to send the file directly to your correspondence bank by fax, through your banking software administration interface, i.e. without printing the PDF file first and sending as a fax manually.
-
Electronic
upload to your correspondence
bank
Your banking software will upload every wire transfer directly into the system of your correspondence bank, either separately for every wire transfer individually on manual request, or once a day at a pre-set time of the day, for all wire transfers collected over the day until that time. If you would like to make use of this new feature, please contact us directly, for a detailed audit and investigation, to ensure your correspondence bank supports this new service. Please be advised that the construction of said upload gateway will incur certain onetime costs. The exact amount of costs and duration for programming your upload gateway notably depends on the technical situation and capability of your correspondence bank system.
The option to send faxes directly through your banking software administration interface will be offered free of charges or costs until the end of 2007. As from 01st of January 2008 an individual accounting for every fax sent, at USD 0,19 per fax/page will take effect. |

System
Activity Report |
|
On every screen within the administration interface you will find a new button in the upper right area, to enter your new "System Activity Report".
This report will inform you of all important events and occurrences in your banking software, for either the last 24 hours, or the last 7 days or the last 30 days, including for example, login frequencies, number of visitors in your banking software, amount of new transfers and countries of origin for all logins.
Additionally you will find "uptime" information, which informs you of the accessibility of your banking software within the selected period. Please consider that the detection and logging of the "uptime" will not start before your banking software has been updated during these days. Hence the request of "uptime" data before said system update date will not supply any uptime information. |
