TOP NEWS Correspondence Bank - Integration by eMail, Fax Gateway and Data Upload

For the transmission of wire transfer data to your correspondence bank your banking software now offers 4 great new options:

  • Generating an instruction eMail
Your banking software summarizes all transfer data into a pre-formatted eMail and sends it directly to your correspondence bank. Additionally, for archiving reasons you will receive an internal eMail copy to your admin eMail address.

  • Generating an Offline-Fax (PDF)
Your banking software summarizes all transfer data into one PDF file, completely pre-formatted, including your company logo and your personal signature. This PDF file can then simply be printed and sent to your correspondence bank by manual fax.

  • Generating an Online-Fax
Exactly the same meaning and functionality as described above for "Offline-Fax", but providing an option to send the file directly to your correspondence bank by fax, through your banking software administration interface, i.e. without printing the PDF file first and sending as a fax manually.

  • Electronic upload to your correspondence bank
Your banking software will upload every wire transfer directly into the system of your correspondence bank, either separately for every wire transfer individually on manual request, or once a day at a pre-set time of the day, for all wire transfers collected over the day until that time. If you would like to make use of this new feature, please contact us directly, for a detailed audit and investigation, to ensure your correspondence bank supports this new service. Please be advised that the construction of said upload gateway will incur certain onetime costs. The exact amount of costs and duration for programming your upload gateway notably depends on the technical situation and capability of your correspondence bank system.

The option to send faxes directly through your banking software administration interface will be offered free of charges or costs until the end of 2007. As from 01st of January 2008 an individual accounting for every fax sent, at USD 0,19 per fax/page will take effect.

System Activity Report

On every screen within the administration interface you will find a new button in the upper right area, to enter your new "System Activity Report".

This report will inform you of all important events and occurrences in your banking software, for either the last 24 hours, or the last 7 days or the last 30 days, including for example, login frequencies, number of visitors in your banking software, amount of new transfers and countries of origin for all logins.

Additionally you will find "uptime" information, which informs you of the accessibility of your banking software within the selected period. Please consider that the detection and logging of the "uptime" will not start before your banking software has been updated during these days. Hence the request of "uptime" data before said system update date will not supply any uptime information.

Extended Login Security - Optional Graphic Code

For extended login security and to prevent your system from any attempt to submit login data in an automated way, e.g. by fraudulent internet robots, you now have the option to request from your clients an additional graphic code displayed on the login screen, in addition to the regular submission of their username and password.

For activating this new feature please visit:
Admin -> Settings -> User -> User Login Settings -> Graphic Image Verification

Extension in module "TAN Lists"

Previously, the generation of new TAN lists took place for individual, single users only. In main menu "Tools" you will now find an option to create TAN lists for ALL users at once. Additionally you may choose from either generating the TAN lists for ALL users, or alternatively only for those users who do not have a TAN list yet.

Generation of Client Data Sheets

In the "admin action list" of your clients you will now find an option to create "Client Data Sheets". These sheets are created in a convenient PDF format and contain the full set of relevant data for the user selected, like address data, ID card data, list of bank accounts held in your finance institution and corresponding account balances at the time of generating the client data sheet.

Pending and rejected transactions

Your users online account statements in the user area are extended by an option to view and even cancel pending transactions, like for example, out payment requests. Additionally, your clients may also see a list of "rejected transactions", together with a reason for the rejection, assuming that such reason has been entered by your finance institution when rejecting the transfer concerned.

License Data Confirmation

For consistency reasons and to avoid outdated license data the administration login procedure has been extended by a further screen to summarize your current license data. Please use this screen (a) to update your current license data, if applicable, (b) to submit any license data updates in future whenever applicable, like address data changes, phone number updates, etc.

The update of your banking software is scheduled for November 13th 2007
